How we work

A supplier, and honest about which part.

We quote and support shared power bank systems. We do not run a factory, and the pages here do not pretend otherwise, because a buyer who needs a plant audit should be talking to a plant.

What we actually supply

A configuration, not a catalogue page: the build, the slot count, the pack, the terminal and the software that ties them together. Then the commercial documents that let the cabinet clear customs, and a named person for the first month of operation.

We work from Shenzhen and quote worldwide. Small orders are normal: one station to test a site is how most routes here started.

Why this page has no factory numbers

A shared power bank buyer is usually comparing a factory, a trading desk and a local operator. Those three deserve different questions.

Claims and what to check instead
Claim you will see on other sitesWhy it is not hereWhat to do instead
Plant area in square metresWe do not own the plant, so the number is not ours to printAsk the factory for an audit report
ISO, CB, CE, FCC, RoHS logosCertificates belong to a model and a market, not to a websiteAsk for the certificate numbers for the exact model
Installed stations worldwideA number that large is unverifiable from hereAsk for two reference sites you can call
Countries servedIt describes the factory export history, not your routeAsk what is supported in your market
Production lines and staffFactory facts, and we are not the factoryVisit, or ask for a video walk-through

This is not modesty. A supplier that cannot produce a document for a claim will not produce one for a warranty either.

What to verify before you sign

The same list works for us and for anyone else quoting a shared power bank route. Ask for it in writing, and keep the answers with the contract.

  • The specification sheet for the exact model, with a revision date.
  • The certificate list for your market, with numbers, not logos.
  • The terminal the acquirer will actually board in your country.
  • Spare parts: bay assembly, springs, cables, and the price of each.
  • RMA terms: who pays the freight, and how long a replacement takes.
  • Software terms: licence, updates, and what happens if you stop paying.
  • Two references in a market similar to yours.
  • Who answers at 22:00 when a cabinet in a lobby stops releasing packs.

What we will and will not put on a page

The same publishing policy that keeps the product pages short.
